What to expect in a Pellowah session
Every session is different, and every session is easy on your end. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
During the session
A session usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. Pellowah is non-touch, and it works just as well remotely as it does in person in Sydney.
You lie or sit comfortably while I hold the space. Clients may receive messages, hear things, see things, feel things, or simply go to sleep for the whole session. All of that is normal.
After the session
The energy keeps working on its own for the next 24 hours, so notice any sensations that come up during that time.
Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for those 24 hours. Prescribed medication is fine.
Once the 24 hours are up, I'll check in with you to hear what you noticed and answer any questions.
How many sessions do I need?
That's completely up to you. Some clients need one session. Others have regular sessions.
Pellowah calls to you when you need it. If you're reading this, you've probably felt that calling already. After your first session you'll know when you need another. There's no hard sell, and that's how you know you can trust it.
“Pellowah was incredible. I felt the buzz for weeks afterwards and felt more balanced and aligned with a higher level of clarity in my thinking. It also cleared some emotional blockages I hadn't realised were still buried and stalling my personal growth. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend Nate as a Pellowah practitioner.”
Questions
How long is a session?
Between 45 minutes and an hour for a full session. A 30 minute session is also available.
What will I feel?
Some people feel warmth, tingling, waves of energy or deep calm. Some receive messages, see or hear things. Some fall asleep, and that's fine too. The energy works either way.
Is it in person or online?
Either. Pellowah is non-touch, so remote sessions are just as effective. Some people simply prefer to see me in person in Sydney.
How many sessions do I need?
That's up to you. Some people need one session, others like regular sessions. After your first, you'll know when you need another.
Ready for a new perspective?
After a Pellowah session, people often say it's like adjusting the focus on a camera lens. What doesn't matter slips out of focus, and what does becomes sharp and clear.
