What is Pellowah?
Pellowah is an angelic word meaning “radical shift in consciousness”. It's a simple, powerful, non-touch energy healing that works on your mind, body and spirit.
A shift in how you see
Pellowah unblocks and realigns all the meridians in your body. That brings a feeling of wellbeing and connection, which makes room for a radical shift in consciousness.
From that new place, you can make choices that take you further in your life. It's simple, and it's effective.
The word itself comes from two parts: “pell”, meaning to connect, and “owah”, meaning the divine.
Pellowah connects you with your higher self. The healing is a by-product of that shift.
Pure source energy
Although Pellowah is an angelic word, the energy doesn't come from the angelic realms. It's pure source energy, a direct transmission from the Light. It connects directly to the person receiving it, and the practitioner acts only as a conduit.
Like Reiki, but different
There's no diagnosis or interpretation by the practitioner. Pellowah is lighter and subtler than Reiki, which is a denser, earthier energy. In my experience Pellowah is more effective and longer lasting for clearing blocks, raising consciousness and connecting with your higher self.
No two sessions are the same
Your first session connects all 12 strands of your spiritual DNA and activates them. Once connected, they can't be broken. You'll have a permanent boost for letting in new information, a higher perspective and a natural defence against negativity.
Big shifts, or slow and profound ones
Some people feel huge shifts straight after a session. For others the effects are subtle but profound, and unfold over time. After the first glow, many clients don't recognise the full benefit until weeks later. I often hear from people a month on, excited to tell me what's changed.
Where Pellowah comes from
Pellowah began in Australia in 2003. It was channelled by the inspirational and humble Kachina Ma'an, who was looking for a simple, powerful energy healing system that anyone could learn and use. Pellowah is for our time, as the consciousness of humanity awakens.
It's now taught and practised around the world and is the energy work of choice for many lightworkers, including me. Many people come to Pellowah for their own growth, and some go on to become practitioners. Once a practitioner receives the attunements, they can initiate the energy and hold the space, and the energy flows.

Is Pellowah the same as Reiki?
No. Reiki works through the practitioner, who channels energy to you. Pellowah connects directly to the person receiving it, and the practitioner is only a conduit, with no diagnosis or interpretation. Pellowah is lighter and higher in frequency, while Reiki is a denser, earthier energy. Both are powerful in their own way.
Does Pellowah work remotely?
Yes. Pellowah is non-touch to begin with, so a remote session is just as effective as one in person. Most of my sessions are remote.
Do I need to believe in anything?
No. Pellowah isn't based on any religion or belief system. All you need is to be open to receiving it.
Who created Pellowah?
Pellowah was channelled by Kachina Ma'an in Australia in 2003. She began certifying practitioners in 2004 and it's now taught and used around the world.
