How to unlock your creativity with Pellowah

Creativity and Pellowah

If you're feeling stuck creatively, whether it's writer's block, your art, or bringing more creativity into your everyday life, read on to find out what Pellowah is and how it can help unlock your creative potential.

First, what is Pellowah?

Pellowah helps people connect with their true selves and reach their full potential. It's an angelic word meaning “radical shift in consciousness”. Pellowah was brought to the world by Kachina Ma'an, a spiritual teacher who channelled this form of energy healing in 2003.

Pellowah is non-invasive and hands-off, and works by tapping into a higher level of consciousness. Its energy is a higher vibration than other energy work like Reiki. That doesn't make it better or worse, just different, so the benefits are different too.

Pellowah is my go-to when clients need to shift how they see themselves and the world around them. It isn't based on any religion or belief system, and it's open to anyone willing to receive it.

How Pellowah can help with creativity

Creativity lets us express ourselves, explore our thoughts and feelings, and connect with the world in our own way. But stress, anxiety, self-doubt and negative thought patterns can all block it.

Pellowah works on those underlying blocks. It helps clear the mind of negative thoughts and emotions and brings a sense of calm. When your mind is calm and clear, your creativity flows more easily.

Pellowah also strengthens intuition and a sense of inner knowing. That helps you trust your instincts and ideas, which leads to more confident, inspired work.

And it helps you think outside the box. When we're in a creative rut, it's often because we keep returning to the same ideas and patterns. Pellowah helps break those limits and opens you to new ideas and approaches.

How to receive Pellowah for creativity

There's no physical touch, and you stay fully clothed. Pellowah can be done remotely too. A session takes about an hour, somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted.

You might feel warmth, tingling or deep calm. That's all normal, and a sign the energy is flowing.

How many sessions you need depends on you. It could be one, it could be a few. The beauty of Pellowah is that you'll know when you need it. If you're walking down the street and the word Pellowah pops into your head for no reason, that's what we call the Pellowah calling. Lots of clients have told me they've felt it. I have too.

Bringing Pellowah into your creative practice

  1. Meditate before you create. Take a few minutes to centre yourself first. It clears the mind and connects you with your intuition.
  2. Set an intention. Before a Pellowah session, decide what you'd like to shift.
  3. Remember the feeling. Some clients find they can return to the state they were in during a session just by thinking of it. That memory clears the mind and gets the imagination flowing again.

The best thing about a Pellowah session? It keeps working. After the session the energy locks in and keeps clearing your blocks, making space for your creativity to come through and be shared with the world.
